The frame has been painted !
Nice semi gloss black.
That means it is going into final assembly y'all !

Now everything goes on for real. Lock washers, grease, and wiring etc.

We've been doing a lot of bobber truck chassis this last few months.
So I've been looking around at peoples rides.
Easier to find ugly ones then not. and this one is uglier then most.

I have seen some nice ones. This 35 is pretty good. I like keeping it looking like a old Ford
(front rails are too skinny and straight)

Here's Joe's 1937 Ford cab from Fort Longmont. I'll be delivering his new chassis/frame
next weekend is the plan, He builds killer bikes,so hope to see this one come together in chopper
style ..

Bobber truck Bean town bobber update

Last Wednesday I posted that I shipped a frame out to Peter.
Today I get a note, he's got it all sanding down and ready for primer.
I like to see when guys get after it !
You can't send me too many updates. Let's see it in primer
and the suspension under it next.

Costa Rica update

Tak, down at Costa Rica hot rods sent in a few early update pictures.
Sent basically a roller chassis for the 1937 Ford special pick up.
It was just one month ago when I crated it all up..Far far away for sure.

It's our "bobber" type truck frame aka El Roberto !
Wait till you see the cab and engine mounted up.

Got the parallel spring truck chassis done for Lloyd in New York
Freezing freaking cold today
Too late to go today but tomorrow it hits the road (or Thursday !)
It's Thursday ! well I need to get it dropped off

Super ride,easy to adjust for tire sizes..and exhaust routing is a breeze.
