Old buildings

Couple pictures I have saved
Bouncing around from the 1920's to the late 1950's
I've been in the old Kenz and Leslie bldg.,it still stands.
Wonder if McCaully's is a pizza joint now?
I grew up hanging around old shops and bldgs. like these.
The old Peter Kirk bldg. was a fun place. Built in 1889

Old school drag race coupe Poncho powered

How about a gasser style, well street altered really..
Model A coupe with a 389 Pontiac 4 speed and a QC rear?
I think it sounds good.Plannng stages now..
North Dakota Chief !

Stole this off some porky site (hey it was thru a google search, didnt go on there...yucky maggots)

Just a idea for a nose up look.
Good old real mags would be right here for sure..

black rear wheels chrome front could work just as well.
I single hoop rollbar for the driver only..
3 carbs work here, they can run real good
or a dual 4 whatever..

Frames Ahoy DW in Tennessee

Special frame we did up for his
1932-34 Ford pick up project
Almost a roller package
Will email tracking tonight

Rosey update,finished 1929 Tudor sedan

Just finished -- cranked motor two days ago -- the 17th.  Motor runs fantastic -- runs so smooth you can put a glass of water on the top and not lose a drop!  Exhaust -- I put Harley Davidson baffles inside -- sounds just right.  Spreader bar -- cam shaft -- painted it black -- wiped the lobes off before drying and clean coated so it will not rust.  Back window left full size -- when I cut three inches off the top, I went below window.  Going to drive it a while before I complete the interior.  Planning on putting aluminum skin on all the interior including head liner.

If someone needs a reference, have them e-mail me.  Not bad for an old man's first build, huh!

Rosey

Have a look, our old buddy Rosey in Alabama has got er done !
1929 Ford Tudor Sedan. Riley Automotive swept front chassis.
Body on top of frame-not channeled
Ford 8BA flathead, some wide whites and a mild chop
and now he's styling around in his own hot rod.
Did the chop himself, first time ! Wish I had those pictures

I'm proud of you man! Way to get things done
It was less then 10 months ago when you got the rolling chassis from us.
If I'm ever done near Alabama I will look you up for a ride around town.
(in the little box in the upper left hand corner, search "rosey" to see old posts)

Lincoln tail lights were once impossible to find

simple clean flathead, camshaft spreader bar for fun

coming up the hill it looks like it's pulling hard !
Damn,I'd want to do a doughnut in the grass ..
(not in my own yard)

Fish and chips and a cut down pick up truck

A base double Z'd frame of mine has found its way to England.
Received a picture of the pick up cab.
Looks solid enough. You could make a cute little hot rod hauler for sure.
I see a dropped axle and a F1 steering box, banjo steering wheel
...(don't use the stock Model A wires-yuck)
hey Darren be sure to look at this;

Swept front frame Mark in AZ where's the updates ! ?

He must be having too much fun driving around..
Mag wheels and red paint look good.
Picture how different it would be if it had steelies and tan (old Ford) paint
Or if it had chrome reversed wheels, whitewalls and black paint..
