Dirty rats attack

Another buddy sent me these pictures.
Horrible designed frame.
Can you see the flaws in its design? try to imagine the front spring mount..
And he posts a picture of a coupe I built the frame for.
His iron turd has nothing to do with that coupe.
Straight off the HAMB classifieds.  Pretty flippin' funny to me.
Now that's a rear kick up. Right up to the deck lid
Suicide front perch not built yet. I'd guess it will need to be 15 inches tall
off the round tube front.

says it's super heavy so the coupe will ride better
why not fill the holes with concrete and go for super duper heavy ?

I can't explain how much I hate this type of home made parts , cheap heim ends

This is the picture he posted. It's a Riley Automotive chassis I built for a customer in Oregon
The new owner Dan in Virginia loves it
in his garage and bet he wouldn't want anyone to think that dude built anything on his clean coupe.

The coupe pictured is riding on a double Z'd chassis like Matt's pictured above..
Nothing extreme, just our proven design.

Guessing he pulled from FB, WTF ? yeah boy real good design work there.

WOW.  I bet he hasn't even thought about shock placement yet.
I'm starting to like the old Weld County GM 4 links. (not really)

I have a timing cover from that shop..
notice that rear pipe is way back in the cowl
and the shoebox coupe in the background

slotted mags and Moon caps, pretty cool

Corey 1940 truck, update

Here's a 1940 Ford style cab on the El Roberto frame we do.
looks racey with headers on the SBC

The "Jimmy 9" wheels look good with the Firestone ribs and blocks
See how the frame starts uphill in the front floor board, mimics the oe frame

hey,all the old paint is gone now.
I say raise the bed up closer to the belt line
and add a filler panel on front of bed.

Paul and Zach update

The father and son team have been working on it.

Eric,
A little progress update on my father and son project.  Frame is a roller now, the engine is ready to go and will be mocking up the plumbing before it comes apart to get powder coated. This was my 16 year old sons first engine build and I let him do almost all of the work...  I let him work it out without hovering too much. We are enjoying it all together. Thanks for your inspiration and guidance

Paul and Zach
