Sturgis coupe, all done

It's been finished for awhile.
Do you remember the Sturgis coupe?
We replicated the original modified frame it had.
just made it all new and straight. Reused the suspension it had.

Frames Ahoy !

Well, we are back to shipping frames again. Got a bunch lined up right now.
This one was a special build for Lonnie.
He needed a new frame. The yellow has a bad twist. It's a old stock modified frame.
So we had to build him a new one that would take all his old suspension mounts.
And his flathead automatic set up.
Bob put in some long hours and did a fantastic job tig'n.
 It was a little crazy ordering in all the brackets
and mounts to match his. But it's done now  yeah !

Lonnie is a Harley guy from Sturgis.
Has is own company manufacturing parts. Glad to lend a hand on his coupe project

Model A coupe from Colorado no less !

This is Kevin's coupe. One of the first Riley Automotive frames built.
Haven't seen it in person since Steve and I dropped it off up in the mountains.
Sure is pretty !  Maybe someday I'll have him build me some cool carriage doors...

Nice subtle 2.5" chop.Cool thing to take the effort to be subtle.
