when good designs go bad

Look at this wondeful mess of a front end. 

Lets see, main leaf only (it's not a mono) that touches the crossmember for 75% of its length
So it's trying to bend the ends of the spring.
But since it has coil overs mounted behind the axle maybe the thought was
it would act as a panhard bar?
Plate steering arms and heim ends (aka rose joint) on a rack/pinion
Sorry boys close but no cigar.

    Some people need to lookin the dictionary for terms such as Ackerman,single shear,double shear,scrub line.
    Etc etc.
    Just because you can doesn,t mean you should
