odd combo of parts. adjustable perch pins with hairpins, flat plate steering arms with heim ends, shocks that are bottomed out and bolt on lower mounts facing wrong way. Is the spring hitting the frame too? This must ride like shit.
I would do a new spring, notch the frame for clearance.
Move the lower mounts to their correct sides.
Forged steering arms and new tie rod with real tie rod ends
